Stay in touch with them via newsletter, blog or social media.

Create affiliate program for your products or services so the word spreads out. The good thing is you pay for real customers and don’t waste any money for advertising that doesn’t work. Try to put some affiliate banners on your website as well, it will generate additional income.

Get the most common payment options – PayPal, Google CheckOut or major credit cards. If you provide services, you can event consider credit for users to use as they need. Write simple terms and conditions and have special phone number/skype/email ready for support and help in case your customers experience any problems with your website or with payment. Consider discounts, free trials, cashbacks, contests or samples – people love these and will stay loyal.
